Greetings and peace in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Youth and families, welcome to the amazing world of youth fellowship, discipleship, and worship at Highland. Throughout the year we seek to nurture a community where every person is invited to come and be loved for exactly who they are as they discover the person God created them to be. During the school year we meet throughout the week to lift praise to God, receive nourishment through laughs and meals, and love our neighbors through mission efforts so everyone can see themselves as God intends: as a good creation gifted with a spirit to love God fully and to love your neighbor as yourself. If you are an adult looking to get involved as a youth adviser or a young person looking for a place to feel comfortable in your skin, we invite all to join us! Come, be a blessing and be blessed, and welcome home to Highland Presbyterian Church where all share God's love!
Youth are encouraged to come to their preferred worship services on Sunday mornings! On Sundays during the school year, 6th-12th-grade students meet in the Fellowship Hall from 5:00-6:30 with dinner. We also have a morning Sunday school at 10:00
am in the Youth Room for Middle School students and for High School students.
We understand what a busy time of life middle and high school are! So, during the school year, we have some weekday opportunities
for our youth as well including: Chick-Fil-A Tuesdays at 7:30am for Senior High; Thursdays at
6:40a.m. at 2727 Raeford Road. Bible Studies on Wednesday evenings.
During summer our youth have the opportunity to go on the Appalachia Service Project trip, Montreat Conference, the New Wilmington Conference, and more! Check back with us below or on our calendar and events page for those details!
